Please follow the step by step instructions below on how to get started and create a customized database for your business on Cleantie.com platform.
Step 1: Logon to cleantie.com, Click on Start Free Trial, or on pricing.
Choose the products and plans that work for you. Our pricing is flexible so you can get and pay for exactly what you need. Prices are based per Station per Month. There is no contract, and you pay as you go.
Step 2: Click on the Signup link to create your Cleantie account.
Enter your full company name details, email address, and password. Make sure to select your proper business type, like Drycleaning, Laundry, Alteration, or Shoe Repair. The system uses the selected business type to create the appropriate database template for you. Select Sign up icon to submit. Upon successful submission, an activation email is sent to your email address.
Step 3: Logon to your email account. Click on the link to activate your account. Upon successful activation of your account, the initial Cleantie setup screen shows up. This step might take a few minutes, please don’t close the browser, while your database is being built.
Step 4: Once the initial database is built successfully, you get prompted to login to app.cleantie.com to complete the process. Enter your email address and password that was used during the Signup process.
Step 5: Make sure to select your proper business type, like Drycleaning, Laundry, Alteration, or Shoe Repair, in order to create the appropriate database template for you.
Step 6: Enter company name, address and Telephone number. Select proper time zone, and setup your local regional settings like currency. Press the next icon to continue to next step.
Step 7: Enter tax name, rate, and your tax number. Select more option if additional tax is required, for example, Environment tax. Press the next icon to continue to next step.
Step 8: Setup Store business hours, and default pickup time. Remove check mark on the day of the week that store is closed. For Example Sunday. Press next icon to continue to next step.
Step 9: Use Custom Form Tool to design your own invoice and tag formats. Click on the image icon to upload and attach your company logo to the invoice. For additional information on how to setup your invoice and tags Click here.
