The Checkout function is used to checkout customer’s order and collect payment.
Select checkout option from the main menu. Input your security pin number to log in.Scan invoice# barcode, type the invoice number, or simply select the customer using customer’s phone number or name. After customer is selected, the system will retrieve and display all outstanding invoices for the customer.
A list of all invoices that have, IN or Ready status will appear on the top right hand-side of the screen, and an image of a blank invoice will show on the left hand side.
Select the desired invoice to check-out, or press Select All icon to select all the invoices.
Invoices with Ready status mean they are ready for pickup. Invoices with IN status mean they have not been made ready.
Please note, the ready process is optional. Ready process is used to assign conveyor or rack location to orders that are ready for pickup and send optional email or Text message notification to the customer.
The details of the selected invoice is shown on the left hand side of the screen. To see the details of any invoice just select the invoice.
Please note, Quick Invoices are marked as QC on the Invoice-List, and cannot be checked out. All Quick Invoices must be detailed using Invoice Utility function.
Items of all selected invoices appear under the pickup list with the Location of each order on the conveyor.
The summary of selected invoices are shown under the Summary Box at the bottom right of your screen. The summary includes total selected items, total payment due, total collected amount, and total outstanding balance.
If some items are not ready for pickup, simply remove the check mark from the pickup list. If partial pickup is required, select quantity, and enter total items to be checked out. This is done in order to split the order and remove the item that is not ready for pickup.
Please Note Partial Check-Out option has to be enabled under System options.
You may configure the system to checkout only scanned invoices. Scanning invoices during pickup process is an extra step but it is a good practice to prevent mistakes. When this option is enabled, every invoice must be scanned during the Check-Out process.

Use Pickup location option to print the list of locations on your conveyor.
Use Invoice Utility icon if you like to make changes to any invoice, select Check-in Icon to check in more items for the same customer.
Press done, when ready to Check-Out the marked items. The payment screen then appears. Select payment type, then amount and press OK twice.
If your system is set up for online credit card processing, just swipe the credit card.
If the customer is a charge customer, select Charge payment type to post the balance to customer’s account. For additional information, please view the Payment Processing Video.
